All services provided by DecentHost may be used for lawful purpose
only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or
material in violation of any violation of Federal, State, or local
regulations laws is prohibited. DecentHost forbids sites that promoting
hates, pirated software, warez, illegal audio/video, child pornography,
viruses, and trojan horses.
Spamming
Sending unsolicited mail messages or spamming is explicitly prohibited.
DecentHost reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that
sends out spams without notice.
Resource Usage
DecentHost reserve the right to terminate any running software that
uses too much system resources and slow down our server. We reserve the
right suspend or terminate any account that we feel is abusing our
server.
Domain Registration
Domain registration is not refundable. You may use the domain or
transfer it to another registrar. But you may not transfer the domain
within 60 days obtaining the domain from us. It's your responsibility to renew the domain
before it's expired.
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our services within 15
days, you may cancel the account and request a refund from us. Domain
name registration is non-refundable
Backups and Data Loss
DecentHost will not responsible for any data loss from your account. You
are agree that it's your responsibility to backup the data from your
account.
Bandwidth Usage
Your bandwidth allowance for each month is depend on the package you
chose. If your site uses over the limited bandwidth, we reserve the
right to suspend your account until the start of the next allocation.
However, to avoid your account being suspended, you may wish to purchase
more bandwidth for that particular month, or you could upgrade your package. Any unused bandwidth
can not carried to the next month.
